The 12 Days of Content: A Holiday Carol for the Content Marketer

Around the time I wrote my Halloween post, jingle bells started ringing, lights started sparkling, and carolers began caroling. Holiday season seems to start earlier each year, and I guess that’s good because this is the time of year that everyone wants to squeak content marketing deliverables in before the calendar flips — because of the goal, or the budget, or the need to tick those things that we procrastinated on off the to-do list.

And so, fellow content marketer, here is a carol just for you to celebrate cookie eating, eggnog drinking, and those last-minute deliverables leading up to the holidays.

It’s from the original songwriters at Right Source Marketing (that’s what we mean when we say we are a FULL-SERVICE marketing company). The 12 Days of Content is about challenges and demands met, and the beauty of having a kick-ass marketing team like the one we have here at Right Source. Like you, we are all over-achievers in the content marketing world — right until the last assignment comes across our desks.

Sing it to that familiar tune as you relax around the fire with your friends and family, and out-nerd them all.

On the first day of content, my CCO gave to me, a content-driven marketing strategy.

On the second day of content, my marketing team gave to him, two excellent eBooks and a willingness to always do more.

    When to Redesign Your Blog

While there are countless articles and blog posts published on website design/redesign on a daily basis, blog design/redesign receives far less attention.  The irony in that is that in this day and age, a blog is as important (if not more important) than what passes as a standard website. So when Will and I sat […] read more
